Well today I got a pair of emails from Maarten Meuris that encouraged me to find time to update a little. My mp3 links were broken, THX GAMESPY. So they are fixed, and more will actually be added in time. Also, practically every text file was deleted THX GAMESPY. That is fixed too. I then uploaded the first of the new missions, a pack of 8 from Maarten, recommended. I realize a lot of stuff still looks bad but it will be remedied. (Check bottom of this page for what needs work.) I am sorry that you have to use fileplanet but it's required. Good day cya.

Saved Games Updated   -Arc [3:55 PM CDT]
After waiting for nearly an hour the people finally get the surprise update. I uploaded saved games from the secret dino missions (c&c.exe -c&c funpark). Why were they never there before you ask is because that weak CD error Westwood allowed so that you have to play through the first 4 dino levels without quitting. And since missions 3 and 4 are insanely long and difficult, I never had the will to do it before. But last night I did it for the people. I looked around and didn't see any other site with them, but mine will likely get yoinked and passed around the net. That's ok as long as we're all playing Tiberian Dawn.

I cleaned up the affiliates area. We have 2 new ones, C&C Millenium and Tiberian Sun Unlimited. Some of the other ones were dead so they're gone. Also the Top Games section is going down. I was going to update it but worldcharts is dead too. So allow me to say a few words for our departed page. The Top Games section was a good idea at the time (5 years ago) because Tiberian Dawn was consistantly a high ranking game. Eventually Red Alert came in and was also high while TD was low. Eventually though it just became Westwood games which is not what this site is really about, thus the lack of consistant updates for the section. Anyway look out for another update later (with something actually useful). Surprise though.

Ok the links page has all working links now and a few errors were fixed. I realize most of these people haven't updated in about 5 years, but why do they all need to have an X-Files MIDI on their main page. Music on a page is WEAK, I'm trying to listen to an mp3 and I don't need more sound kthxbye.

C&C = 31st Greatest Game Ever   -Arc [10:23 PM CDT]
JOKE. Ok not a joke if you work for Gamespy. According to their Top 50 games ever C&C is #31. Personally I would put it at #5, behind Quake 1, Suikoden 1 & 2, and Xenogears (Greatest RTS game ever though, most certainly). Anyway, SAP. Site needs some updating obviously and I'm thinking about actually doing it.
